Fleet Administration Board
The Fleet Administration Board (FAB) are the primary managers of the fleet. Every two years other members of the fleet may be nominated by three or more members to be considered to take the SFA or XFA position. A 3/4 majority vote from the fleet is required to secure either position. If no one steps forward or the vote is below 3/4 majority, the incumbent FAB member will stay in their position.
- **Senior Fleet Administrator (SFA)**In charge of overall fleet functions. Works with XFA and Senior Staff to run the fleet, provide content, and assist fleet members.
- **Executive Fleet Administrator (XFA)**Coordinates with the SFA on all tasks. Primary contact for writers in the fleet when assistance is needed.
Fleet Senior Staff
The Fleet Senior Staff (FSS) are responsible for the individual areas of the fleet. They focus on Lore, Competitions, Technology, Web and Social Presence, and Events. These are volunteer positions, and members are free to step into and away from these positions as needed.
- Fleet Historian (FH) - The Fleet Historian is in charge of recording and developing the Fleet's canon and ensuring that it stays in keeping with current Trek Canon. They work closely with the Fleet Strategist to develop Fleet Wide events and Story Arcs.
- Fleet Strategist (FS) - The Fleet Strategist helps to organize events and Fleet Story Arcs. They also approve and manage competitions and other activities within the fleet.
- Fleet Engineer (FE) - The Fleet Engineer is in charge of building out a technical database of ships, weapons, and equipment that is available within the fleet as well as applications and explinations of why and when you might use such things.
- Fleet Operations (FO) - The Fleet Operations officer is in charge of all things Web and Social media related, in conjunction wit the FAB.
- Fleet Artisan (FA) - The Fleet Artisan is responsible for all graphic design needs for the fleets official sites and social media presences.
